17. Force Majeure

Neither Sanjay Jain HUF nor its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the performance of their obligations under these Terms if such delay, failure, or interruption is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
